The turtle design pays homage to the Loggerhead Sea Turtle, the South Carolina state reptile and a frequent visitor to our area. Loggerheads nest on our beaches May through October. Make sure to visit the South Carolina Aquarium and see their Sea Turtle Care Center to learn more about these incredible creatures.
